i have seen many cool sigs and icons and i was wondering how to make them please help... lmk...

Well the users that make them use a program called Photoshop, but not everyone makes them most people just have a graphic request done and let the ones who have it make them it.

No better way to learn than trial and error IMO. Try it out for your self, download a program called Paint.NET. It is free to download, and is much like Photoshop, except for beginners like us

You should download Gimp 2.6.8 there is many tutorials on youtube and kinda easy to learn
