You sure it just wasn't a duped item and poofed? Every patch there is always duped things going around.

But Account security is ur on responsability.. Scan ur PC for keyloggers/virus's & change ur password/s

There is also a small possibility that your armor where you made it was duped. Ofc its really unlikely, but you never know. If you bought that armor ingame and it had 15 ed and 15durablity, it could be possible.

Make sure your computer has no keyloggers and also make sure that no one of your friends knows your password.

Without doubting your honesty, there's no proof at all someone stole it. I see you're using hoto, torch, anni etc, why wouldn't he have taken those items too?
Maybe you've simply lost it, even though I don't know why that could happen.

Oh, sorry for your lose man, maybe it was one of the runes that was duped and you made it with a duped rune. I hear that makes things poof aswell :(!
