how much are these usually??

also my friend says that since my xbox 360 won't connect(it doesn't register on the screen :|) that an hdmi cable would probably help fix it instead of paying $100

Look for a cable on amazon or something, they are cheap online. You will get ripped off at a store.

u toggled it from hd to standard def, at least on my xbox it has a spilitter so i can plug it into either tv

I have bought 3 off of eeebay over the past year and a half for each TV in my house, all are 6ft long and have the carbonfibre cords which seem to be very sturdy. I'm not to big in to this technology since I just started gaming about a year ago but from the one my dad had bought at Best Buy compared to the one I now use on his TV, there is no difference at all.

The only difference is that he paid $89.99 for his cord and I only paid $4.99 on eeebay. Took a few days to ship but in the end it was well worth it!
