Basically I need a cheap, healthy, and not to horrible tasting 7 day diet plan.
I do the gym daily in the morning. I might ask for a supliment on a food or two, I can be picky hah.
Pay generously to those well educated in nutrition who are willing to help.
I do 1 hour of weight resistant training every other day. I run 5 miles every day.
I work at McD 5 days a week and can eat what I want for dinner (suggestions are our salads, plain grilled chicken paddies like i normally eat, or fruit items) so include something from there.
I don't like veggies much outside of the main ones. (peas, beans, broccoli)
I love fruit and other ready to eat or easy to make items like oatmeal.
