nobody is on the homework hot line so i gotta ask the general people

true or false

a moving ball isolated in space would continue to move with the same speed and direction forever? true or false?

if you increase mass of an object but keep the force the same, its acceleration will increase? true or false?

if your distance from the center of the earth is doubled, your weight will be cut in half? true or false?

im stuck need help and theres nobody on the homework hotline help section

Even though there is no one there, it is because you haven't posted. I'm sure more people will go if they see an unanswered topic. I don't know much about that so I don't want to give you a wrong answer.

As I think:

1: If you dont touch or dont give acceleration to something in space, he will continue to move at his initial speed and in the same direction.

2: it will not be the same because : Acceleration = Force/Mass... Then if the mass is higher, you'll get a lower acceleration

3: Can't answer this sorry :D
