Ok so I kind of want a new card. I am looking to spend 100-200, closer to 100 would be better.

I currently have an ATI Radeon HD 5670

My specs are:
AMD Phenom II x4 955 Processor
4GB RAM



The reason I want a new one is because this just started happening yesterday, but sometimes My screen will go black, and then when it comes back at the bottom it will say "your video card was not responding and has just recovered" or something like that.

And today when I was raiding on WoW, a couple times when I would enter the instance(in the loading screen) my screen would go black, but it wouldnt come back and I would have to restart. It did this like 3 times in 30 minutes, then it didnt do it again for the next 2 hours.

also it would be good to single out the graphics card as the problem before making a purchase; though they'll probably help you with that. it says the video card wasn't responding, but i imagine that could be a bad connection or an insufficient power supply (not saying that it isn't the card, just saying that isn't the only possibility)
