i know it is allowed to trade names etc on d2 but i was wondering if its at your own risk or not. like if i get scammed in a name trade could the scammer get locked?

You can make a Topic in s/a but you can't Proof it 100%

Name trading is at your own risk and a Mediator can not be used, so if you get scammed, you can't prove that user scammed you as it is not an item it's a name and anyone could of taken it.
