i gotta KIN 2
and it stays at 00% battery life..it'll go to 10% and ill keep letting it charge and it'll go back to 00
i've removed the battery and the phone is off when its done this to
whats wrong with it and how do i fix it?

Did the phone fall somewhere or it happened randomly?

You should change the battery.

How old is ur phone/battery.... I've had the same problem in the past & its usually due to the Battery not retaining/holding a charge

Replacing the battery usually fix's this issue

it fell off my bed onto the floor thats carpeted..and its like idk a 1-2 foot drop? that wouldnt of done anything would it v.v

Well you can't really judge anything, since things like that may have caused the issue.

Though I really recommend changing the battery or before that, check if you have any friends or relatives that have the same battery so you can try it, and if it is the battery's problem or not. and if it isn't, then I would recommend you taking it to a cellphone repairer.

and a repairer..ima take it back to the place i got it see if i can trade it in or something

i like have to move the cord a certain way and push and hold the cord in the phone for it to even start to charge...and then it just sits at 00%...1 hour ago and its still 00% -.-

Change the battery , seems like it's broken.
maybe u killed it by charging it too much.
it's happen with some battery's.
