You know how to do the colored text in your profile?

Well I want the thing that puts your text a few lines ABOVE where its really supposed to be. You insert 2 []'s but I need the right boxes? I dont have a numperbad on here so I need to copy paste.

I know how to do the colors, learn to read.

There's also this box that looks like this


You put 2 of them in your Location, then do some text and is shows up 2-3 lines ABOVE the location bar.
