whenever i connect to xbox online my connection goes to shit..

i dunno why it does this

right now my internet is good..

but as soon as i sign in i cant do shit..

no ones on the internet in the house

Wi-fi or Ethernet?

If Wi-fi your router and/or wireless adapter may be getting overloaded with the wireless signal.

If Ethernet then you may have to upgrade your bandwidth to support online 360 playing.

i think the modem maybe broken

edit; i have two routers and when connection to either it does the same thing

so maybe the modem is broken

i'm pretty sure your connection problem is from your wi-fi connection , try it wired

i tried it wired directly to the modem b4 the xbox still was bad wit 1 bar. :\
