Hey, I'm having problems with my computer in that whenever I try to download a zipped file, the download all goes smoothly but I can never find it in the save location. I tried saving it directly to the desktop so I could find it and it came up with a Web page icon, which starts the download all over again if I open it (annoying because it takes over an hour to download). Im also using google chrome, if that helps Cheers

Does it happen with all Zip files? Or just this one?

if its all I'd say its putting them in a hidden area, try restarting your pc if they are saved to your desktop & see if it shows up then, if not I'd swap browsers.

Or Try from IE to your desktop & see if it show its. Try a small file like a font file or something dumb just to test.

Yep I tested it on IE with a font file and it worked fine, gonna try downloading the file I want now and see if it works, cheers

Tested a font zip file on google chrome too and that worked fine, but i tried downloading the other large file and after 2 hours it was still directing me to an internet page, prompting me to download the file yet again ><
