So iv learned that we can withdraw by Check
so I login into my pp account, go into the "withdraw" tab, and all i see is "Transfer to bank account"

... where do i go so i can complete the Check withdrawal??

Attaching a debit card to paypal is pretty easy though. Do you have one of those new cards with visa capabilities? Where abouts in Canada do you live ^^

I live in quebec. i have a credit-card with Visa hybrid, but my debit card is independant company

If your Debit is independent then unfortunately you have to jump through a couple hoops to get it linked to your paypal, unless you have quite a bit of money it's not worth it.
I would just save to spend on internet things :\
