So yeah i have money on paypal that I want to get out of there, but all I have is a debit card/acc.. iv tried asking people at the bank and they didnt know how to help me

can someone help me?!

Im pretty sure you'd have to link your bank account to your paypal account and transfer the funds. I don't think you can do this via the credit card verification method.

You can have paypal mail you a check, and they will take a small fee, otherwise you need to link your bank account to your paypal.
