This might help. Also if you're on wireless internet, just unplug your router , wait a minute or two, plug in again and see if it helped.

If your router does not change the ip you have to wait unfortunately.
If that were the case you should wait 12-24 hours before you log into your d2acc.

i dont think my router let me change my ip adresse because my ISP is giving me one and its always the same
