after a while i just get extreme lag and i have 2 clear ALL my cookies b4 jsp works

anything around this

I have to restart my lap top every couple of says to avoid that issue.

Start menu -> Run... -> type %temp% ->delete alll files in that that folder they are useless temporary files and just take up space
will greatly reduce lag

if this that = there a lot of stuff on your hard disk if so id try to clear some useless stuff and try to defrag tonight

Download CCleaner and just run it like once a week.
