All of a sudden it stopped working when someone called. They can hear me but I can't hear them. I hear the dial tone and hear the dialing noise, but don't hear anything after that.
It's the home phone.

Try calling someone using speakerphone. Maybe that will work :)

trying visiting your local phone provider in person.that will most likely solve the problem. It may be something as simple as the speaker in the part you lisen from blew out. so you will need to go get a replacement anyway.

ithere could be mutliple problems
1) speaker is gone
2) could be the person on other line(try other people)
3)or a malfunction from the wireless connection
