im not sure if this is the right place, but anyways i just got a new blackberry but when i plug the usb cable in the blackberry folder doesnt come up but its is charging and stuff help?

which folder? when u plug it into the computer? do you need to install software for the phone?

With a few phones you have to download a program for it to work or just install drivers. Not sure because I've never used a blackberry.

my last computer i didnt need the blackberry software there was just a E:/BlackBerry folder but it doesnt work this time?

Turn on mass storage options in your phones memory settings.
When you plug the phone into your computer a message will appear on your phone asking to enable mass storage mode..Hit yes.
A box will appear on your computer : hit "open folder to view files"
