I just use paint honestly, but photoshop is going to be your best bet to make the crazy sigs that some of these guys have. Also you can ask people as a service to make you a signature, they will usually ask for fg in return unless you find someone to hook it up.

Photoshop is the best program,(you may try out a free trial) the next best one is called gimp

there's a free program called paint.net that is like a dumbed down version of photoshop. I'd suggest trying that if you want.

And I would advice photoshop as it is a good program but it's not free.

Or otherwise use Paint.
