On my friends bmx his chain clicks when he doesnt peddle. My bike used to do this and now it doesnt. how do i fix it?

It is supposed to do this but i cant get mine to.

It could be that it's out of grease, try going to your local bike shop and asking for a tube of grease.

Snapping or popping is usually a sign of Lack of Grease/lube..... Also check the links to make sure none are binding/kinked and that the Snap/locks aren't begining to come undone

That clicking is his hub or freehub. Yours has just worn in if it has stopped clicking. Check the cones on your rear hub to make sure they aren't loose and if they are a mild tightening may be all that is needed. Generally the louder the "click" of a hub or freehub the higher quality it is. The sound you hear is the engagement points ratcheting around the spinning catch, the more engagement points a hub has the clicking will be louder and occur with greater frequency.
