i was mfing (brs) with some friends of mine while suddenly i got kicked out from account / bn

first i thought realm down but after i typed in my pw i was able to join / create games with all the chars i got on my acc expect the one i played last....

i klicked on the char and got a message : PLAYER CANT BE FOUND

oh rly? how that i was playing it 5secs before and now it cant be found ...

I've already read about this problem and its reason was a fault taken by Blizzard concerning the servers. Best would be if you directly contact Blizzard about this.
In the two cases I read about this, the characters were gone.
