Do you have any curse words in your account name? This happened to me a while back, I recovered my account, got an email but never received the password.

Did you add any letter or word when you responded on the mail ? It usually works for me to do that if blizzard is messing with me.

Idk then man. I contacted Blizzard when this happened to me, but it happened like 5 years ago so I don't remember exactly what there response was, I just remember my account expired since I was unable to retrieve it, and I don't think the Blizzard rep was much help.
