hey.

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=54708179&f=250

this is my S/A thread, the user that scammed me has not logged on since his reply on that topic, and he muled out all his fg.
all evidence required is posted.

for some reason, they don't lock the guy, and when I tried to contact the S/A assistant (Justin), he didn't reply (I pm'd him the day of the scam, to ask something relevant, and 3 days ago, to ask if there is any sense in bumping the topic anymore).
anyone knows why he doesn't reply? is it a jsp policy, that the S/A assistant should not come in contact with the accuser?

and, last question, is there any sense in bumping the topic?

All conversations should be done through your S/A thread. You should also keep bumping your topic until a decision has been made and if you have any other evidence or questions, you should add them into your topic.

After a while they'll stop care.
For example, have you seen the threads with 30+ pages of bumps in S/A?

And no, no sense in bumping the thread if the assistant has stopped answering your pms.

Wait patiently while a moderator reviews your case ;)
If you have any questions related to the case or any other relevant evidence to add, please post it directly in the SA thread. Do not pm the assistants.

"wait patiently while a moderator reviews your case". that sounds really like I'm calling jsp on the phone and I hear this message on the auto-machine. "wait patiently while a moderator reviews your case".
it's been a month. all evidence is there, the guy muled out all his fg without making any trades, and he is away since then, probably on a multi now.

thanks, I suppose

Yeah it sucks.
That "wait patiently.." crap is something the "helpers" here post for the +1s.
if one month is not patient, then I don't know what is.

I guess the advise to give is: don't get scammed.
That way you don't have to be all nice and patient.

Sure the process may be frustrating for you, as you have been scammed and want justice done but it will take some time to make sure there is enouch proof that he/she did scam you. As my good friend Andrew said above you will just need to wait for them to reply back to you, and if you have any questions related to the scam just post it in the topic.

You also have to remember that the moderator's are busy with other case's as well.
My case took some time but justice have been done..just be patiently and bump your topic / post your question's there till a moderator will review your case.
Wish you good luck.
