I'm trying to make it go down and have only posted between a couple of times and none in the past few weeks

Does it average your posts over months, years or what?

Averages since the day you made your account

It's the average posts per day since your first day (= since you are registered).

it says your ppd since the day you joined. its averaged out. so say you have been on the site for 1000 days. it will divide that by your total amount of posts

Oh well that sucks since I used to spam a ton...
How long would it take to lower it to maybe... >10?
