It's a really old game and -w and -window at the end of the path doesn't work for it.

Just a quick search resulted in the overwhelming opinion that it is not possible to run Warcraft II in window mode. There were several methods that included downloading a seperate tool to make it go into window mode, however there were complaints that it messed with colors.

What's the separate tool called?

I guess it's a third party, and we can't realy discuss about it
