Actually, you can not prove a scam concerning name-trades. It's is a risk that you may take.

The usual procedure is:

• The owner of the name receives the Forum Gold
• He deletes the character with that name
• The buyer creates a character with that name

Edit: Mediators don't help with trading character names.

DII name trading is legal however not supported on this site.

It is something done at great risk so be careful who you are doing it with.

Also there are many people who obtain names through rapid attempts while you are transferring.

The best way is to have the name already on an account registered to a random email that you also send the buying party.

Then they send the fg and you send the account name and pass as well as the email it is registered to.

As soon as people know what name you are selling it is very likely that the name may be lost during the delete and remake process

which is why i suggested the process that I did.

The higher the quality of the name the riskier the name trade is going to be.

If something goes wrong there is very little chance anything will be done to rectify the situation.
