I've got a question about trading because I obviously won an auction but the guy who started it refuses to hand over the items.
So my question: Is his behaviour reportable or not?

I believe it's not reportable, however i'm not sure.

It is not a warnable offense, just a bad manner.
Avoid trading with such ppl.

It's not reportable.
It's called bad behaviour / bad mannered.

You can't do anything about it, but not trading with people like this.

It is bad mannered and you cannot do much against it, only thing is not to trade with that user in future.

Put him in your profile/signature reporting what he did to you. If you stay here long enough, and gain a good enough reputation, his actions will bite him in the butt later on.

you don't say why he wouldn't trade that's the only thing i'd ask ?
