my brother did this and 10 days later still no response.

the account has not been logged onto for 28 days.. so it is obviously his.

any other options?

He could always try the Contact button, however it could take even longer with that.



Obviously I did, because he said his brother used the Account Recovery button, not the Contact button.

I'd say just be patient. These things take time. 10 days isn't as long as you'd think.

yea i suppose. guess he will just have to wait longer

but if it takes more than 10 days to reject it like the 2 account recovery requests thats a bit slack

Yeah just make sure you include everything possible when using the Contact feature to prove that the account is yours.

yep. put as much as evidence as possible. e.g. date of the purchase of any orbs
or any topics he tracked, put as much information as possible in it

This is some wise advice. You need to prove that the account is actually yours. As much info as you can add to the recovery form related to your account is helpful
