The "policy", which is posted in General Help several times per day, and listed in your personal bio, is to PM certain representatives if you feel your warn was unjust or would like clarification. I expect a bit more maturity from someone claiming to be in customer service, and this kind of dismissive behavior is one of the reasons I retired. However, since you chose to remove my tags, I shouldn't be held to the same standards as if I had one, you can either have one, or the other.
