If u follow all the site rules & are an upstanding member f the site it can only increase ur chances of gaining access to DF

Actually not everyone gets access. It's a privilege to get access and that's why it could take up to a few days before the person has been screened.
Only good mannered people get in

People with warn sometimes get access though

I am only asking because I wanna do the donate for me process because I dont have access to funds because I want to get into the DF and offer the remainder of my FG (which will be somin like 1000) to get someone to buy me dead rising 2 on steam.

If you do want to donate, do it. There's a chance you'll get access and since you don't have warn, have a guild and a nice amount of forum gold, you'll probably have a better chance.
About the game, you can't make in search of topics in the RLT forum. That little subject in your plan won't work as far as I know.
