My IE says has an error because it says you are not connected to the web. But I look down onto my task bar and see the little computer connected. Whats the problem here?
I tried firefox as well but once i enter the URL it just leaves me with a blank page. Im not sure if it even loaded a bit or anything its just blank.

Does it say limited or no connectivity?

It says connected on task bar.
IE says not connected.

Ok alright I'll give it a try.
I wanted to system restore but somehow its turned off.

Try clearing your cache and cookies, then rebooting your browser. I get that every once in a while when my internet goes out.
