This may be more helpful for you. However, it depends on what gear you have and what setup you want. You generally want as much str and dex need for your equipment. After that I would go with MB and then use my oak for health.

I can show you my build if you want, I am not max block. However, if you plan on only pub duels/gm duels vs any kind, max block is a good option. Just don't forget you need the gear, else it will be useless.

use a circlet with 2 druid 20 fcr 20 dex with 2x 9 dex jewels, 2x rings with 15 dex each, amulet with 20 dex. it helps

it does not depend much on gears, but on what char are u opposing to.
chargers/bowzons > max block
others > all life
pub > max block for sure.
