If you have dynamic, you can just reset your modem, normaly should change your ip.

Call your provider

Tell them someone keeps hacking in threw your i.p and that you'd like to have a new one

No. You can't change a static IP, thats the point.

Only for a small percentage of people, most cable modems don't work like this.



Not sure what random company you go through, but I don't know any ISP that will change your IP on request



Google "MAC Cloning" to change your IP.

You could always call your provider and request a change, but it's not always that simple.
