Everytime I try to put in an apostrophe it puts è instead. What do I do to change it back.. OMG its happening for question marks to.. actually for almost all special keys....

Maybe you've changed your system language to something else?
You can check it in Control Panel, in the Region and Language settings.
Sometimes Alt+Shift key combination can also change your language (if the hotkeys are set in the control panel), so try pressing it again.

Nope and its only for the internet, everything else I can type normally.

I deleted every Keyboard option except Us and it worked, thanks for the help. ?
