is it the reason my pms have a flood control type deal? it always says i must wait a short time before sending another pm, and it didnt do that before the warn. just wondering if the warn is causing it or not

yes, ever 10% warn adds time to the delay before you can post or PM someone

i think it may be like a minute waiting or something when u got 10% warn

u gotta wait 30secs w.o warn iirc
