When I google search something, when I click on the links, it brings me to weird websites

Example:

Google Metal Gear Solid Xbox 360
And the link that's supposed to bring me to IGN brings me to some stupid survey site.

I'm assuming it's a virus..

i had the same problem a week ago ^^

i deinstalled firefox and installed it again ^^ and everything was fine =)

If that does not help, it could be a malware. In that case, download and run Malwarebytes - it will delete any malwares: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Yes, it's a virus. I had a similar thing happen to me on my laptop last year. A simple virus scan fixed it for me.
This also sometimes happens when a link is unable to be found; it will reload a random page, normally a survey.

Does it do this with all links? Try copying and pasting the link into your browser. If it brings up the actual site that you were looking for, then you know for sure that it's a virus.

There is a virus that does this. Look up "google redirect virus" and you will find tons of info on it.

there can be many cause of this
are you sure the site itself is safe, is it a site that you go often on? if not, it might be the site that has been hacked to redirect you somewhere else

if you think you have a virus. download malwarebytes, do the full scan
if that picks up nothing, download tdsskiller from kaspersky and run the scan (possible google redirect virus)

also, does the redirect only work when you click the google link or does it redirect when you put the URL in the location bar also?
