Yes it does.

Although it would work, I wouldn't buy one just for the purpose of this site. If you have a bank card, just use that.

If you already have one, by all means go nuts. But if you have to buy one, the additional $4.95 you have to pay to get it sucks. I work at a retail store.

I believe you have to register the card first, read the back for details.

I don't see an option to pay with a bank card. I could be overlooking it though.

No I don't have a paypal account. That is why I was leaning towards getting a prepaid visa because I thought it would be the easiest.

get a paypal account, its free. and go to wal-mart cvs any local store, ask about the greendot cards and after u get one of the green dot cards and u learn how to use it. u can put ur money... on ur reloaded card u can transfer ur money to paypal account

Well I meant to have your bank card (debit card) and sign up for a PayPal account.
