i've ate like 5 tums now and my heart burn is still nagging me.

i dont have milk and i dont want to drink 7 up or gingerale

small tablespoon of vinegar, tastes like crap but my grandpa used to do it and it helped him daily.

got anything stronger then tums? those are really weak for heart burn

Some times i can lay on my tummy on a flat surface and it goes away in a few minutes. Not sure if you want to give it a go, just something I do.
