Just did a little research and trial and error on my own account, it seems you cannot delete it. You must disable it via the credit card company. I could not find a remove button in the update section and I've looked around as it appears you can't remove it since paypal needs one on file




Apparently pp now charges a fee for gifts too... just noticed this

I figured out how to remove the cards if you are curious, go to profile and add/edit card, there is a remove option there
