So I won an auction Last night and as soon as it ended the op logged off so i sent him a pm. Well I saw him post in another of his topics about 30 min ago so i sent him another pm.
This probably goes without saying but he isn't responding. I don't think this is against the rules (though it should be) but it is a practice of bad business. As you can see I don't have much fg and I won with an offer of 32 so i didn't do any trading last night assuming he had to go in a hurry and I think it's rude to back out without a legit reason.

Well I read the trading rules and didn't see anything addressing this issue so I decided to ask for help. In the sake of name dropping I'm not gonna give his name or a link unless someone lets me know this is against the rules or if there is a legit place to warn others of people like this.

With all that said I didn't lose anything, so I'm not upset, I just think is rude really to not even let me know he is backing out.

So, without all the rambling is it against the rules to back out of an auction you created after the auction ends. If it is not is there a place to report something like this. (kinda like Angie's list for jsp)

It is bad mannered, indeed. But you can't force the trade. (=> not against the rules)

Ty I didn't think it was against the rules just thought I'd ask. If nothing more this serves my need to rant well.
Thanks for the quick response.

The seller would have the right to decide who he wants to sell his items to end of story. It might be BM, it might be a lot of things but it is HIS right to chose if he wanna sell it or keep it. It's not your right to buy it.

doesnt that defeat the purpose of an auction?
