If Irowe scammed, then report him with proofs at the Scammer Accusation. No user gets locked without any proof.

And then if you have enough proofs they will lock him, otherwise they won't lock him for no reason.

There are threads with 30+pages about people with obvious proof against them but theyre still not locked.
