Click on the 30% and it will bring up your warn logs. It should tell you when you can request to get it removed.

The removal of each 10% depends on the relating moderator. It can take up to several days.

Once you have requested for removal you should wait at least one week for a response and if you don't get one within a weeks time, PM a Moderator.
