Hypercam or CamStudio. Both pretty decent.

He means a video screen capture program

You will not really be able to find a good free one, but you can get a trial of Fraps or Hypercam

Yes, both freeware. CamStudio does not have a watermark, I'm sure of that. I suppose HyperCam doesn't have either.

Hypercam got a little "Logo" on the video. But it's free like fraps and CamStudio
