Try clearing your cache also, using CCleaner

You can also try going to your diablo II directory and running the vid test program

If none of that works, you might try re-installing.

*Click screen resolution and MINIMIZE the window when it comes up. Reopen Diablo 2 and it will look normal. After your done and want to play again all youll have to do is open the screen resolution menu.
