i have some trouble connection d2

it s not one r/d

but he says : "port 6112 open" and stop the connection d2

idk what s it ^^

do you know something about it ?

Try going to the control panel and selecting your windows firewall options
Then go to exceptions and "add port"
Type in a random name and for the port number choose: 6112

i got the message b4..im pretty sure its your firewall blocking d2 from entering internet..try turning off ur firewall(temporarly) jus to c if u can get on while its off..let me know wat hpns

i was thinking that ... but now idk ... i have try that but ...

i have that before, but just one reboot of the pc and ... all good, can connect on d2 and play
but now, all times : he says : "internet connection is working proprely and/or your firewall has port 6112 open"

i have 2 computers, and it come 3days ago on my 1st computer, then i swich on the 2° computer , and all good, no problem and/but today, same problem

then i have delete all "exeception " on the fire wall , reboot pc : that s working one time, i have play one game ..., and now same problem

idk , strange , i have asking to some friends, and all says : that s happen sometime (like me before) but after 1 hours, is ok (like mebefore) and can connection d2 again and play

i dont have install new software ... no delete old sofware ... no change config ...
idk what s wrong now

hmm thats weird..idk how i fixed mine but im pretty sure it worked for me when i turned off my firewall...do u have 2 firewalls such as windows firewall + norton or mayb mcfee?

i have check that too, i use only one firewall at same time ...
i have test atm with different firewall ... same problem
i have test without firewall ... same problem

it s crazy
and before that, i use d2 normaly 6month ago, untill now with no problem ... and no install new other sofware or uninstall old software or chg config ...
idk now

that i dont understand, is :

i create one exeception for port 6112 on the firewall , and reboot pc .... same problem
then i delete the exeception for port 6112 , and reboot pc ... then i can connect d2, go on my acc, and play ONE game, only one after he disconnect , and say again .... "internet connection is working proprely and/or your firewall has port 6112 open"

if i use one other pc i can use d2 and play with no problem

try uninstal turn off firewalls perm. then reinstall turn off comp. restart router,,(keep fire wall off) tyr that

you could uninstall d2 and reinstall it....if u dont have ur cds..assumeing u have ur cd key u can download d2 (as i did) from battle.net..they may fix it

i dont think the problem come from the install of d2 ...
because when i make this manip :
