so everytime i remove this guys comment on my pictures, it comes back in seconds what do i do ?!

Well, there's really nothing you can do to stop them then. You could pm a Members++ or higher and see if they'll give warns to the people posting your fb page or see what else could be done.

I think it's fairly obvious to everyone that you're not the person in your photos. I even did a reverse image search on them and I found them on a porn site (which I clearly can't link to).

People often pretend to be girls to get attention or donations, and it becomes ridiculously obvious when they've only got a handful of posts and joined couple of days ago. I'd imagine the 'spammer' is simply warning others of this, and he is perfectly justified and able to do so.
