logged out automatically, and then trying to log back in, says incorrect password when the right one is entered?

No link on JSP will ever log you out automatically.

If it does, do not enter your password on the page, as it is someone trying to obtain your info.

Manually go back to HTTP://www.d2jsp.com and re-login. Also, report the link so Mods can remove it.

thats the thing, no link was clicked just happened random?

In that case, it could be that your cookies automatically cleared themselves, which would caused you saved web data to be reset and the need for you to log back in.


As for the password not working, you are posting now so I take it that you got it to work.


It could have just been that you were re-typing the password wrong without realizing it

no the issue didnt happen to me happened to my d2 buddy who is trying to buy gear from jsp, he's telling me viz whisper in d2

changing browser still not working

Then if he have acces to email registered to jsp he should request password reset immediatelly.

If you are sure that he is typing his password correctly and it still isnt working, tell him to use the recovery tools to reset it. He just needs the email he signed up on the site with.

If you cleared cache and cookies it will log you out as your d2jsp info for log in is saved in your cookies.
As for the password being incorrect make sure to scan your computer for virus'.
