Again let's say ur @ court, the judge asks you something and u give you story and you say "That guy cut me off the road he was really pathetic and i despised him", or would you say "That idiot driver cut me off the road, I swear that guy is retarded"

The judge would put you in contempt of court if you said the 2nd way.
