Blue screen of death then. In my opinion, the best place you can go for techincal assistance is ebuyer.com forums. I always go there if i have a problem, that's if google fails.
They all build super PC's etc. and have alot of experience with things like this.
The reason i'm sending you is cause i don't really have any time atm, but just go there, make an account quickly and post what you've just told me in the Help Section subforum. It may not be a super fast reply but you'll get the best help there, imo.

I was going to say hardware but i highly doubt it since it passes BIOS etc.
But it's wierd because it should load Windows past the loading screen unless the OS files are ok, usually.

it could be overheat

my computer shut off while I was playing LoL
tried turning it back on and it did something similar to what you are explaining

Let it cool down for a day or so and turn it back on.

Yeah, it definately won't need to leave it of for that long.
It could be thermal paste. Have you check that your CPU fan is running? Open the side of your case and make sure the fan is running in the middle(ish area) of your motherboard. Might be fan not running, therefore it takes until windows screen until it gets too hot and shuts itself down.
