If you were previously receiving problems with your character, we urge you to try it again.
You should be able to join/create games with this character on Battle.net, if not, please reply back with the error message you are receiving and we will investigate further.
Please note that the error may have involved a corruption in the character's data. In order to fix the corruption with some characters, items may have been deleted from the characters' inventories, stashes, corpses and/or experience points and levels may be lost. Any lost items or experience points cannot be restored. We apologize for any such losses and for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
