Guys, you can't keep bumping the post like this.

Have you checked the ports?

Does this only happen on one realm?

Have you tried using this guide? http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=39461179&f=21

If so you, you might not have the right IP, in which case you will have to wait, it can take 5mins to get connected or 2 weeks.

Thanks, tried it with no luck :(
It's been almost 2 weeks already. =/
I'm guessing this is a temp ban? >_< Kind of wierd though since it doesn't go straight to unable to connect message.
It tries to connect to fastest server for a few mins first o_O

Any other suggestions?

Let's make sure whether the issue is the CD key or something different:

(I assume you also have Diablo 2 and can play it without any issues)
Delete Diablo 2 from her computer. Afterwards, install it again, but with your CD key. Now try to connect to Battle.net and see if it work's or still doesn't.

I really doubt it's something easily fixable (leaning towards a windows reinstall here) since it's only you and not your friend aswell, who has this problem.

GL with finding a different solution though.

Pretty sure it isn't my cd key, I've reinstalled diablo a few times already with different cd keys. Doesn't seem to help :( And it doesn't come up as your cd key is in use or anything...
